Terms of Service

Before placing a commission with me, please read through the Terms of Service as follows (if not all of it, please at least read the Payment Options, Cancellations and Refunds, and How to Commission sections). • I only accept NSFW commissions if you are 18 and over.• TAT: 1-3 weeks, depending on the complexity of the artwork. This may take longer depending on how quickly you respond to feedback/revisions.• Deposit is half of the total price.

Artist and Client Rights

• I, the artist, retain all rights to create and distribute my artwork.• By commissioning me, you have confirmed that you are at least 18 years old.• The client agrees not to input, upload, or otherwise provide the artwork or any part of it to any artificial intelligence, machine learning, deep learning, or neural network training programs.• The artist reserves the right to use any commissioned artwork for sale, promotion, online portfolios, digital distribution, and printed media (sales and printed media are only applicable if the artwork does not depict a character owned by the client). The commissioner can request private artwork, see last bullet point below.• When artwork is shared or sold publicly, the artist will credit the character's full name, the character's creator, and applicable copyright information.• Clients will receive public use versions formatted for FurAffinity, Twitter/X, and BlueSky (you are welcome of course to post on other platforms, I just won't have the piece readily formatted specifically for Instagram, for example).• Clients will also receive a high-resolution file for private use only, delivered via email, Discord, Telegram, or the social media platform that the client prefers (must be a platform that the artist already has an account on).• Privacy Option: Privacy may be purchased for an additional 20% of the total commission price. The artist will not use a private commission for promotion, online portfolios, digital distribution, and printed media. The artist will not post any social media versions of the artwork. The artwork will be delivered and formatted as outlined above.

Payment Options

• Deposit is half of the total price, and can be paid with PayPal, Stripe, or (if you're Canadian) e-transfer. Prices listed are in USD, and the price total is rounded down to the nearest dollar.• Rush orders (TAT 5 days) are available for an additional 30% of the total commission price, starting the day after the commission is requested.• Private artwork (as outlined above) is available for an additional 20% of the total commission price.• I am not a licensed business. Commissions are offered as a personal service and supplemental income.

Cancellations and Refunds

• I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time.• A full refund will be issued if I cancel the commission for personal reasons, or the client cancels before work has started.• Refunds are not guaranteed in all cases. I reserve the right to refuse a refund if necessary.• See also: Terms of cancellation based on the stage that the commission is at under 'All Other Disclaimers' at the bottom of this tab below.

How to Commission

This will be outlined clearly in the order form.Commissions will be handled through Google Forms, but feel free to reach out to me via email, Telegram, or Discord if you have any questions.

Required Submission Materials

• Character reference(s) and basic information about each character• Written description and/or rough sketch of the request• Action/pose description. Visual examples/inspo are super helpful here!• If no visual references can be provided, please make sure to provide a detailed written description.

Stages of the Commission Process

The commission will be delivered in stages to ensure that the final piece aligns with your vision! Please note that all intermediate stages will have watermarks and be pixelated/lower-quality until the latter half of the total price has been paid. Each stage has a maximum # of allowed revisions, as outlined below.
TL;DR: I provide updates to your commission in stages. TAT is 1-3 weeks, depending on the complexity of the piece. Deposits can only be refunded before a certain stage in the commission process.

Stage 1: Initial Sketch

Checking the pose and overall composition.

Stage 2: Flats, Rough Background

Lineart is completed, character is coloured, background is being fleshed out.

Stage 3: Finished Piece/Fully Rendered

This is (ideally) the final product.
For this stage, I offer up to four revision requests.

All Other Disclaimers

• The more revisions you suggest, the longer it may take for me to deliver the finished piece.• If you reject a particular sketch while fulfilling an order, I can use it for personal purposes.• Characters must have all basic facial features (eyes, nose, mouth)• Any mistakes made on my end with your character's design, based on the ref sheet provided, will NOT count as one of your revisions.• If you request many revisions throughout the process, that is OK, but it may involve an extra fee.• If we are still in stage 1 and you do not want to continue, I will refund the deposit, and you will not receive any products from me.• If I have delivered up to stage 2 and you do not want to continue with the commission piece, you will not get your deposit back, and I will send you the full-quality image as it currently looks, with no watermark.• I will hold onto the art files with layer info for 30 days after delivery. After that date, it is subject to be deleted. (ie. if, for whatever reason, you have a request that requires access to the layer information, please do so within 30 days of me delivering the final product. After that, however, I can still "paint over" to apply edits as necessary)

• Each additional character is +50% of the base price.• Hard NSFW is +20% of the base price. Suggestive artwork is no additional cost.• Bust option includes icon commission types.• Full-body is defined as being from the belly-down.• Half-body is defined as being from the belly-up.• Complicated outfits/designs may cost extra.• Simple background is defined as: Patterns, outlines around character(s), shadows on the ground, duplicated faded image, etc• Complex background is defined as: Environments, ex. nature, cityscape, room in a house, etc
• I’m happy to offer a solid-colour or simple/linear gradient background at no extra cost.
